How do I place an order?
ONLINE: Order online, any time. Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then click the Checkout button. You will have the option to check out as a guest or to create an account. During checkout, you can select your shipping option, enter payment info, and add billing and shipping addresses. You will also have the opportunity to review and edit your order before it is final.

What is your return/ exchange policy for retail orders?
Satisfaction and quality are top priority for Alpha Factor®. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your merchandise, we will accept returns up to 30 days of receipt. We are not able to accept returns for any item that has been soiled, written on, or mishandled in any way that makes the item unsalable. Items returned in used condition will be returned to customer at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges are not refundable.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
In-stock items generally leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days. There are times when an item may be temporarily out of stock and may take 4-6 weeks. All merchandise is shipped ground, unless another method is requested. See Shipping Options above for more details.
How can a gymnast model for Alpha Factor®?
If you are a gymnast, or know a gymnast, who is interested in modeling for us, please fill out our online Model Search Information Form. You may also print the Model Search Information Form and mail the completed form and photos.
How do I calculate sales tax?
Each order qualifies for state/local sales tax on merchandise and shipping. If you are unsure what your tax rates are, feel free to check the box order form and let us calculate your sales tax for you. For online orders, our website will calculate the state/local tax rate on your order.

Please fill out the Return Authorization (RA) found on the back of your order’s packing list (or download one). All garments must be designated on the RA. Any additional garments not on the RA will be returned to sender at sender’s expense. Please be sure the RA is displayed on the outside of the package or it will be returned to sender. All exchanges will be treated as a new order with normal production time. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
